EW2026 INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

TALKS

There will be two types of talks:

INVITED: 25 min + 5 min for questions (ie, total of 30 min)

REGULAR: 12 min + 3 min for questions (ie, total of 15 min)

The conference venue will be equipped with audiovisual platforms (ie, computer, microphone, laser pointer, screen and projector). The presenters will have to provide their presentation via email prior to the corresponding session.

NOTE: The EW2026 organizers will request participants to provide explicit consent to be photographed, filmed and recorded for distribution across social media platforms for marketing purposes during the duration of the conference.

EW2026 INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS

POSTER GUIDELINES

Poster stands size A0 will be made available in the conference venue;

The maximum size of posters should be:

Metric: 84 cm (width) x 118 cm (height)

Inches: 2 inches (width) x 46 inches (height)

Each poster will be assigned a stand and ID;

Use large font sizes so posters can be read;

Include TITLE and AUTHORS at the top of your poster.

POSTER DISPLAY TIMINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS

Posters timing will be communicated when Registrations are closed. Poster presentations will be performed in-person and panel members will visit presenters during the duration of the poster session; Poster presenters are encouraged to prepare a pitch to explain the content of their posters to a broad academic audience;
